الاهداف

• المساهمة في تطوير البرامج التعليمية بكلية الطب بما يتوافق مع المعايير القومية الأكاديمية المرجعية (NARS).
• تطوير المناهج الدراسية بما يضمن الاتساق بين الأهداف، محتوى المقررات، وطرق التدريس والتقييم.
• دعم تطبيق استراتيجيات التعليم الطبي الحديثة مثل التعلم القائم على الكفاءة.
• تنمية قدرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة في مجالات التدريس، التقييم، والإرشاد الأكاديمي.
• تطوير نظم التقييم والقياس ودعم استخدام أساليب التقييم الحديثة مثل OSCE لضمان العدالة والموضوعية وتحقيق مخرجات التعلم.
• دعم البحث العلمي والنشر الدولي في مجال التعليم الطبي وربطه بتطوير العملية التعليمية.
•  تعزيز التكامل بين الأقسام الأكاديمية والسريرية لتحسين جودة التعليم.
• تعزيز استخدام التكنولوجيا التعليمية والمحاكاة في التعليم الطبي.
• دعم تطبيق معايير الجودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي.
• الإسهام في إعداد الخريج القادر على التعلم الذاتي والممارسة الطبية الآمنة.

Objectives

Contributing to the development of educational programs at the Faculty of Medicine in accordance with the National Academic Reference Standards (NARS)

Developing curriculums to ensure alignment between educational objectives, courses content, teaching and assessment strategies

Supporting the implementation of modern medical education strategies such as competency-based education

Enhancing the capacities of faculty members and teaching assistants in teaching, assessment, and academic advising

Developing assessment and evaluation systems and supporting the use of modern assessment methods such as OSCE to ensure fairness, objectivity, and achievement of learning outcomes

Supporting scientific research and international publication in the field of medical education and linking it to the improvement of the educational process

Enhancing integration between academic and clinical departments to improve the quality of education

Promoting the use of educational technology and simulation in medical education

Supporting the application of quality assurance and academic accreditation standards

Contributing to the preparation of graduates capable of self-directed learning and safe medical practice
